Privacy Policy

AdStake (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates useadstake.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

1. Data we collect

Account data: Your email address when you create an account or complete a purchase.

Advertising campaign data: Campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and search terms — either from the exports you upload, or, if you choose to connect your Meta Ads account instead of uploading a file, from Meta's Marketing API via a one-time, read-only (ads_read) authorization. We never request write access to your ad accounts, never store your Meta login credentials, and only pull the campaign-level data needed to generate your audit.

Payment data: We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type, plus analytics and advertising measurement tags (Google, Meta) used to understand how visitors find and use the site.

2. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to provide the AdStake service:

• Generating the audit reports you purchase from the data you upload
• Notifying you by email when your report is ready
• Processing one-time payments via Stripe
• Responding to support requests

We do not sell your data or share your uploaded campaign data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your uploads are never used to train models or benchmark other customers without anonymization.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the service:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU and US regions)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Anthropic — AI narration of audit findings from your campaign metrics

4. Data retention

We retain your account data, uploaded campaign data, and audit reports for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past audits. You may request complete deletion of your account and all uploaded data at any time by emailing us.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@useadstake.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We operate on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure via Supabase and Vercel.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
